The course

At first the course was so enjoyable! Maybe it's because of the  ambience I was in. All my close friends were there with me. The course made us realise the difference between junk food and healthy food. İn fact I was thinking that İt was an unneed course for me forwhy I was good enough for this.
After that I was feeling like Socrates : 'All I know is that I know nothing!'. This teaching peroid gave me so much things but the biggest thing I have learned was being clean and hygienic. Thanks for this nice behavior . I think that all the people should have this course and take care of him/her self. Everything is for us, for our health.. Many thanks

Oldies are goldies

As a normal thing an affect of generation change, people, minds , thoughts change. The simplest example we can see and make an inference is our family members. Examplarily can our grandmothers or grandfathers use the technology as well as we can? 'No' maybe it is because of they dont be privy to them or seeing them nonessential. I just want to continue this letter with my experiences 'my grandfather' . He is an extraordinary person. Last year we bought him a touch-operated phone with my moms forc. So that we begin to call him . But whenever we call him he doesn't open because he doesn't carry his phone with him and whenever we ask him he just says 'it's an unneed thing' I am always around if something happens I will make you know by other ways.. You see, this is the difference.

The cinema

I went to our new cinema just a few days ago. And ı must say  that it was much more than ı expected in everyway. Firstly I want to talk about the seats . The seats were so comfortable and wide . Especially I liked the 'loveseat' and 'pear' ones. It's a wonderful idea, I really appreciated! İf we come to the interior design, I had never seen a cinema like this so far, the colors were to vivid and relaxing..
The cinema was seperated to 3 parts on the external parts there were chairs and tables. That idea made the cinema look like a cafe but I also like this unusual thought too! The only problem for me was the tempeture. İt was freezing they must heat up the place however at all we enjoyed it a lot!

Mobile phones

As we know everythings extreme turn into its opposite. Using social media, technology is a need in our generation ı guess . We keep in touch with our surroundings in a easy way. İn a emergency we can contact with the people , we can also search for anything so quickly . But is we come to the disadvanteges they are much as the advantages. First of all using them extremly can harm our health . İn new studies the scientists say that mobile phones have ne difference from oyr toilets, they have breeding  ground for germs and some other studies I know : they have the potantial of causing cancer. Hourly messaging can make neck pains and posture disorders too. İt is a must for us to be carefull while using this devices. İf you ask me we can outweigh the disadvanteges. The basic tip is knowing the dose.  I always clean my phone with a wipe to overcome the germs. I put a limit for using my phone and when the time is over ı try to turn it off.  I mostly do not use it on the highest brightness for my eye health. And when I'm going to sleep I try to turn it off and put it somewhere far away. According to expert people who use social media a lot are issolated and the longer you spend on social networks , the lonlier you're likely to be . But this is a generalazition and not a certain. According to me this can varie from person to person however for myself I know what ı have to do as a result of this disadvanteges are outweigh.

The reward

I would like to give the reward to my dad : Bilgehan Nas.
My dad is a her for me. He has worked for wasted water treatment for years. At there days he has been working for waste water reuse for agricultural irrigation, urban reuse . The other interesting thing is: he is resarching the reuse of waste water as a drinking water . We can call this the change  from toilet to tap . He had visited some countries abroad for example; Singapore, Namibia, Belgium and United States are some of them . He had done a big project for ministry of environmental and urbanizzation. The title of the project is 'reuse of treated waste watee in Turkey' . The aim of the project is determining the legislation for Turkey. İn my opinion we should give him 'The Best Water Reuse Project' award.
